Early Bird Special

Confirm by November 30^th, 2011  -  $465

“Refer a Friend” Discount

Each new friend (or extended family member) that you recruit to join your church’s team will receive a $20 discount. That same $20 discount will also be applied to the individual that recruited the friend or extended family member. Team leaders must give both the name of the person that was recruited, and which existing team member recruited them.

Kitchen Discounts

Kitchen workers will receive $100 off. Workers must be 18 years old and above. You cannot receive both a family and kitchen discount.

Family Discounts

With one parent / spouse attending, $100 off for spouses and teens (12-18); $100 off for young people 6-11 and $400 off for children 5 and under. You cannot receive both a family and kitchen discount.

Deposits

Deposits can be applied to the balance due for the team but are non-refundable.

Payment due dates and penalties

First half payment is due April 2^nd, 2012. Late fee after due date is $20 per person.

Final payment is due May 1^st, 2012. Late fee after due date is $20 per person.

Team forms and team member information

All team forms and team member information are due by May 1, 2012.  Team's that have not submitted their forms and information by May 1^st will incur the same late fee ($20 per person) as if final payment had not been received.

Refunds

Before May 1^st we are able to give partial, but not no full refunds.  The amount of refund is project specific and depends on actual food, lodging, ministry, and staff expenses.  Medical conditions and death in the family will be taken into consideration.
